Keto is all about dialing in your macronutrient ratios, so I’ve created a quick reference guide to help you see the carbs, protein, fat, and net carbs (for vegetables) in over 100 foods, including vegetables, fruits, nut, seeds, nut butter, dairy, fish, and meats.
